Our ambition is to contribute to a more compassionate and inclusive society. In 2025, our projects supported by supporting initiatives that expand opportunities for children and young people. Our projects reached almost 252,000 people in 2025.

Behind these numbers are children who rediscovered the joy of learning, young people who found safe communities, women who gained access to education and vocational training, and communities brought together through music, art and culture.

In 2025, we did an extensive review of our project portfolio from 2020-2024. The review gave us a clearer understanding and knowledge of when and how our projects have the greatest impact. One insight stood out above all: the importance of devoted individuals and strong communities. Visionary leaders with a strong driving force and communities built on trust and a sense of belonging, enable people to grow, contribute and thrive.

Nationally, we continue to invest in initiatives that bring people together, strengthen local communities and create environments where children and young people can discover their potential, build confidence and experience belonging. 

Internationally, we invest in education and vocational training that enable women and girls to shape their own futures and strengthen the communities around them together with our international long-standing partners.

Project visits nationally and internationally, remind us that genuine impact begins with listening. Interacting with people in and behind every project, gives us a deeper understanding of local needs, strengthens our partnerships and ensures that our support creates meaningful and lasting change.

We remain committed to create opportunities that strengthen communities, and to invest in people one partnership, one project and one person at a time.
